Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by making outbound calls to potential clients in target markets.

  • Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and gathering essential information.

  • Drive interest in our products and services through engaging conversations.

  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and demos with qualified prospects.

  • Track all activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise outreach strategies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Minimum Grade 12 Qualification
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with updating CRM.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
