We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and the ability to travel within a designated territory.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and the ability to travel within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door to door customer facing networking, and referrals.
- Visit clients on-site to present products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to the sales teams on customer trends and market conditions.
- Flexible Hours: Being able to work after hours and weekends
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide excellent customer experience from 1st engagement to order
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
